ORA-00904: “UTL_RAW”.”CAST_FROM_NUMBER”: invalid identifier

Recently i’d been testing the backup and recovery of our tape backup.
after i enable the cluster database parameter to true, i’m getting below on error on the alert log of my node database.

Emon ping encountered error 12801
Errors in file /optware/oracle/diag/rdbms/NCXX2PT/NCXX2PT1/trace/NCXX2PT1_q00n_27470.trc:
ORA-12801: error signaled in parallel query server PZ99, instance ncxxdsgtu22:NCXX2PT2 (2)
ORA-00904: "UTL_RAW"."CAST_FROM_NUMBER": invalid identifier

Disconnected from Oracle Database 11g Enterprise Edition Release - 64bit Production
With the Partitioning, Real Application Clusters and Automatic Storage Management options

in Node1 the directory exist

[oracle@ncxxdsgtu21 dbs]$ ls -l /oradiag/db/admin/NCXX2PT
total 480
drwxr-xr-x 2 oracle dba 491520 Jan 15 04:18 audit
[oracle@ncxxdsgtu21 dbs]$

but in node 2 the directory doesn’t exist.

[oracle@ncxxdsgtu22 dbs]$  cd /oradiag/db/admin/NCXX2PT/audit
-ksh: cd: /oradiag/db/admin/NCXX2PT/audit: [No such file or directory]

[oracle@ncxxdsgtu22 dbs]$ mkdir -p /oradiag/db/admin/NCXX2PT/audit
[oracle@ncxxdsgtu22 dbs]$ chmod 755 /oradiag/db/admin/NCXX2PT/audit
$ bash
[oracle@ncxxdsgtu22 dbs]$ ls -l /oradiag/db/admin/NCXX2PT
total 4
drwxr-xr-x 2 oracle dba 4096 Jan 15 04:19 audit
[oracle@ncxxdsgtu22 dbs]$

check the alert log again.
