Finally i decided to check if someone created the a restore point..
and yes someone create a guaranteed restore point.

SQL> select NAME,SCN,GUARANTEE_FLASHBACK_DATABASE,DATABASE_INCARNATION# from v$restore_point;

NAME                                            SCN               GUA DATABASE_INCARNATION#
----------------------------------------------- ----------------- -------------------------
TPNCYK_XXX_SAVEPOINT_201601281905           1.0886E+13          YES                     1

anyways, i already cleaned up my archivelog using rman delete blah blah
so now deleting the restore point..

SQL> drop restore point TPNCYK_XXX_SAVEPOINT_201601281905;

Restore point dropped.

SQL>

Now lets open the database.

SQL> alter database open;

Database altered.

SQL>

Finally database is open….
